You can purchase your ticket online or at our box office. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before showtime to find a seat and visit our concession stand.

The box office opens 30 minutes prior to the first scheduled show of the day; the box office closes 20 minutes after the start of the last show of the evening.

If purchasing online, you won’t need an account, but we’d love for you to become a member and enjoy all the benefits that come along with a membership at THE NEON!

During weekends and for most special events, seating is reserved and assigned. For traditional engagements Mon-Thu, seating is general admission.
